Puppy Application

The first step in adopting one of our puppies is to fill out our puppy application. 

The second step- we will contact you after we have reviewed your application, and if necessary a phone interview will be arranged. You are welcome to share your preferences as far as temperament, look and any allergies. 

The third step- when your application is approved we ask for a $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your puppy. Deposits can be made in the form of e-transfer, cash, or bank draft payment and will be applied to the total purchase price of your puppy. If a puppy is not chosen from a current litter, deposits can be transferred to a future litter within six months.

VISITING YOUR NEW PUPPY

After the application process is completed, you are welcome to visit your new puppy. The puppies are at least 7 weeks old by this time and will have had their first set of vaccinations.

When visiting your puppy, we request that you do not visit places on the same day where there could be unvaccinated or sick dogs. 

Picking up your puppy

The remaining balance is due two weeks after reserving the puppy or before/during pickup/delivery, whichever comes first. Payment can be made in cash or via e-transfer.

At 8 weeks of age, you are welcome to come and pick up your puppy. For any reason you are not able to pick up the puppy at that time due to unforeseen reasons or vacation we can hold the puppy for another two weeks. After that additional fees apply.

Delivery to the Lower Mainland and some other locations (within a day travel like Golden, Williams Lake, Cache Creek… etc.) can be arranged for a fee of approximately $250 + fuel charge. Locations that require overnight stay can be delivered too for an additional cost (accommodation + fuel charge). We can also meet you ‘partway’ to make travel shorter for you.

Our puppies will have their immunization, deworming, and checked by our vet. The first exam & vaccination are included in the adoption fee, any follow-up exam & vaccination costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We will send along a goodie bag with quality puppy food, a blanket with mom’s scent on it, a chew toy, and their vet/health card.
